Really bad environment Really bad service as long waits at every hour I currently live close by and service is terrible as also food served cold they forget to take food on time because going thru drive thru is always send you to wait on front of store very poor management in so many mcdonalds but specially this is horrible in every aspect

After waiting for 6 minutes for a doordash order, being passed by team leads, duty managers and employees I finally asked the cashier which he was a polite dude, why im being ignored after im just asking to pick up an order. He explained system failure, which i understand what I do understand is management just ignoring a simple question
