I asked for a Large ice vanilla coffee and got a nasty dark ice coffee , when i asked manager TAMARA to change she asked me to park , they made me wait 10min then the other ratchet looking manager named LESLIE with the black hair brought me a white ice coffee full of milk trying to be sarcastic instead of professional & said it was all they can do or give my money back . McPherson and Delmar 78041. Worst drive thru in Laredo. Afternoon service is completely in Spanish. Luckily, I do not mind but I do understand that some customers may feel more convertible speaking in English. The morning manager, a female, is not very good at managing the drive thru window. She's the one usually giving out yhe wrong order or telling u to park and wait for an eternity during morning rush.
