Update. After waiting 14 minutes for our food, I went in to request a refund. Like magic, the manager was not available. After about 10 minutes, I called the customer service phone number posted in the store. Amazing! No answer and no response. After another 10 minutes I decided to call the police for assistance with my refund and the "manager" that refused to come refund my money.
