By far the worst customer service from Manager Rita. I sat at the drive thru speaker for 7 minutes before anyone took my order. When trying to speak to her she was really rude. I will be calling corporate on her tomorrow!!
Messed up my food tried calling multiple times and no answer this is ridiculous they want to get paid 15 $20 an hour. I can’t even get a cheeseburger right
I waited in line. My fries was cold. I tried to get her attention for ketchup and she told me that has to be requested before ordering. What??
Had to sit and wait 30 minutes before someone even took my order in the drive thru and currently waiting another 30 minutes in a line of 2 cars in front of me and no one is receiving there orders been sitting in the line to get food and didn't even get cause they can't even get my free mcchicken try to get me to pay for it when my points covered it so an hour of my time wasted for nothing.
