terrible service. the app doesn’t let you order breakfast until 4:00 am, but the store says they start breakfast at 3:00 am, meaning there is a one hour window (which happens to be right when i’m getting off work) where placing a mobile order is impossible. i waited until 4:00 to place my order and then pull up to the store and they say “sorry, we can’t take any orders, our system is down” but they didn’t bother to turn off mobile ordering and when i went to cancel the order it said they had already started preping it so it ... read more

The old miserable lady that doesn’t speak English should not have a job. She was insanely rude and made fun of me not having a car. They had the inside locked and treated me like a homeless person. Mind you I had an APP order that I purposely put front counter pickup for. I work in fast food and this is completely unacceptable. Don’t bring your own personal problems to work. A+ for the two younger ladies who I had no issue with and handed me my order with a smile.
