Ordered a mobile pick up at 1:45am on 8/9/25. After already paying i arrived at the 53rd street location. I was told by an employee that she was the only one at the store. I asked what that meant and she said she has no cooks and that i need to cancel the order. I love ordering food and being told i need to cancel it while not getting an immediate refund. Why this mcdonalds only has one employee on top of not being able to cook any food is ridiculous.
They got the worst morning shift around 4 am can never order food no one answers the intercom worst customer service complete trash morning team

Waited 10 minutes to order and waited at the window for another 5 they are so slow I was just getting fries so I just left they have horrible service late night
I ordered delivery. The order, when delivered, was significantly wrong. I tried calling only for the phone to be picked up and then hung up multiple times. This McDonald's sucks! And, you should not order from here.
