Waited 10 minutes to order and waited at the window for another 5 they are so slow I was just getting fries so I just left they have horrible service late night
I ordered delivery. The order, when delivered, was significantly wrong. I tried calling only for the phone to be picked up and then hung up multiple times. This McDonald's sucks! And, you should not order from here.
Tried to use the contact form on McDonald's website, but it's as broken as their ice cream machine, so here is what I was going to send them privately: We were very short on time, needed a quick meal for the road, so we placed a mobile order for 4 piece chicken strips, double cheeseburger, and 2 blueberry pies. Arrived in drive-through 2 minutes later. Very little drive-through traffic, but we were parked in a stall as soon as we pulled up to the window. They must be having staffing issues (for years?) Because the error un our order, the read back in drive thru was repeated 2x because it's never right, thinking this time it might be. Im just not sure why this McDonald's rarely gets it right. Got 2 daily dbl, 1 happy meal. Dbls came in right wrapper, but no mayo, onion tomato but ketchup and pickles and lettuce.
