I ordered from the mobile app with two simple sandwiches and still managed to mess it up and hand me the wrong bag and spent 16 mins waiting for the right order. I was on my lunch for work and I am very late. I ordered through the app for speedy check out and I’m seeing customers drive past me who have waited longer. This makes no sense.

I was waiting at the drive thru menu for 10 minutes, and when I pulled up to the window and told the employee she said "wow that's weird". I have experience in fast food, and I know that people who pull up to the drive through never go unseen. I don't appreciated being lied to.
