service is so slow, food has taken forever to come out and there are so many people waiting. dirty, sticky floors
This is one of my least favorite locations. They are slow, only a few employees are friendly, and I have one other reason I don't like them, that I am not going to share. I really just need to stop going to this location. I only do because it is the closest to my house.
Employees not paying attention at 10:00pm when you guys close at Midnight on the drive threw I was trying to get their lady at the window attention and she ignored me terribly service.
Good flavor on the food ordered. Could have been hotter, though. Service was lackluster. Ate in, looking to use the table locator, TOTALLY IGNORED. They CALLED OUT the table number instead, and expected me to come pick up at the "delivery station". If you don't truly offer table service, that's ok, but then don't tease customers with the imagery! Another minor issue is how the kiosk would freeze up each time you'd depress a button. 10-plus seconds per button becomes annoying after a while.
