This was my first time visiting, and I’ve never been to a McDonald's where they were so organized. They served my food incredibly fast, and everything was hot. The restaurant was also very clean. 10/10! Excellent service—the staff was very attentive.
Ordered a triple cheeseburger never got the burger and didn’t find out until the order arrived. Called the place 10 times and waited 1minute for the ringing to stop o ly for no one to answer. Awful service!! Wendy’s in across the street and they’d at least answer!!
The people who work here are nice and professional. Management is an abomination. I’ve had multiple occasions where I’ve tried to order things from the app at this store and the store cannot provide them. The store is either closing early or is out of stock. But they indicate on the website that they’re open and that they have the stuff in stock. When I waste my time to drive over there to pick up the order,the staff politely lets me know that I’m screwed. It’s not their fault. It’s the management’s fault. It’s horrible!!! I... read more
