Spent $30 on the mobile app for an order for pick up at 10:43pm on 10/23/25, come in to pick up my food, wait for an hour and a half just to find out that “they called my number” before I had even arrived and then said they can’t give me my food because of their “policy.” Do not spend your money at this sorry excuse for a McDonalds. Do not go here. I did a mobile order and still sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes! One lane was out of order and instead of just closing off the lane a lady would scream at people through the speaker....so they would wait in line just to be yelled at to go to the other line. This place is ran so poorly it is an embarrassment to Oxford. Pathetic.

I went to this restaurant Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 9:33. I had pla e my order on the McDonald's app ahead of time to ensure my order would be expedited. However I didn't get my food until 10: 40. As I waited for my order I saw multiple employees leave the restaurant. I went in to see what was going on and saw only two employees working.
