Went inside to grab something to eat, i went to the rest before ordering, as I went into a stall a Hispanic woman with a white shirt who appeared to be a manager was coming out of another stall. I noticed I did not hear the soap dispenser, no water running, snd definitely no hand dryer, just the sound of the door opening. I decided not to eat here. I wish I would've got her name off her name tag. What happened to washing your hands. Just nasty!
Recently started having more order issues as of late with the drive-thru. Once while ordering, I had mixed up an item I wanted and needed to change it, a simple mistake. The drive-thru attendant gave me the most rude response to the mistake. I was so put off with it that I was boiling mad and told them over the speaker that I made a simple mistake and was sorry for making a mistake like most humans do.
