This one just doesn't meet standards well. Since some time they locked off the second floor tables so there is very limited seating on the first floor. So only go here if you want it to go. Otherwise you are going to have to wait so long because it's busy. Store is not too clean either, maybe because the area. There is a kiosk and regular cashier here so it's standard. The food is like food at any other typical mcdonalds, except you cant eat in the store. It's okay I guess

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this McDonald’s. We walked into the restaurant and stood there waiting to be helped while multiple employees in the kitchen clearly saw us and simply stared at us without acknowledging us at all. No greeting, no “we’ll be right with you,” no attempt to take an order — nothing. They just stood there looking at us as if customers were an inconvenience. Very limited dining area. There were vulnerable people hanging out in the resto. Thanks to the fast service, so we just ordered cold beverage and hurriedly left.

No customer was at the counter. Ordered in app for table service. Waited 20 minutes. No service for just one burger. Went to counter and it was sitting at counter for long time since burger was cold. If they are not doing table service they should not have it in the app. Many other people complain about the fort street mall location. I now know why. Not even an apology!.
