The night shift manager was very rude and unprofessional after they received the order and keeping me waiting for 20 minutes! He asked me to leave because they are closing and when I told him why didn’t you tell me from the beginning he start being very rude. It was 10:25 pm today.
I ordered food from drive through with my workers and when i went Inside to use the restroom and explained i ordered Food from drive through. The lady was being rude and kept telling me to buy something to use the restroom like i telling her i just Ordered food. And she ignored me and kept walking away kept telling me to order. I told Her to ring me up for a small cup going to give me coffee and then told me to go to the restroom. That’s rude
Customer service rated zero here. Night shift is so bad. Not the girls I think the supervisor Latin guy is in really need to learn basics of how to treat human.
Didn’t know McDonalds was anti customer service all I wanted to order was a black coffee and the lady standing there with a yellow shirt and green vest doing nothing refused to take my order and redirected me to the screen. There’s was no one in there no line I don’t understand why she couldn’t have taken 10-15 seconds to take my order
