The worst McDonald’s in this area just drive down the street and go to the next one. The workers here are always so rude and problematic and unprofessional. I don’t know why I keep going to this one but this was absolutely the last time. Consistently messing up orders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Service is hit or miss just like most locations. HOWEVER, I wanted to give a shout out to the manager on the evening shift. Younger guy with curly hair and I believe glasses if I’m remembering correctly. He was very polite and kind. His customer service was beyond helpful. He not only helped me but also the older couple in front of me. Nowadays it’s hard to even order at a counter but he had no issues helping us all. Thanks!
Service is so terribly slow and all the kiosk automation seems to just be in the way. Food quality has gone down the drain.
