Hit or miss
Came inside just to meet some family members for a quick coffee and dessert. Lobby is dirty, but not horribly. Tables need to be wiped down and there’s numbers that are sitting on empty tables. Definitely needs attention like sweeping and mopping. Definitely needs clean behind the counter, there is a mess on every single countertop. There is behind the counter. I would love to thank the manager Delaney for her customer service. She went above and beyond helping me with my situation when ordering lunch. McDonald’s is a huge chain where I’m sure employees may go under the radar, but I ask to recognize her effort in making my visit a great experience. Thank you
Why are the doors closed at 9pm on a Friday when the dining hours on the door show until 10pm…. Employees making the burgers need to read receipts. Everytime I come here they get my sandwich wring. Extra pickle no onion; it’s simple. But almost everytime I have to bring it back because there are onions on my sandwich and no pickle!!! Fries are often undercooked
