Ordered 2 cheeseburgers off the value menu in the drive thru. They asked me to pull forward and then I never got my food. I had to walk inside. Always ask for a receipt.
Waited twenty minutes in the drive thru line .. at night.
Bad customer experience, Had to talk to the manager because they charge me for an extra fry that I didn’t notice until right after I paid. Before getting my food, I told him about the extra fry and they said they couldn’t refund me. It seemed like she could give me a refund, but she was choosing not to because the original person tending to the window was telling me and her that she could.
