I was really disappointed with the cashier, Marilyn. When I asked if I could have my fries L and drink M, she just turned her screen away and said, “See, we can’t.” She could have simply told me that unfortunately, we couldn’t. But thankfully, the manager noticed and explained that since it was a coupon, they couldn’t fulfill the order. While I was waiting, I overheard her being rude with another customer, who I believe was from DoorDash. She seemed to be over it.
