Went thru the drive thru last night and had an issue with my order. Justin was so kind and patient and helped me get it resolved. Thank you Justin!
I used the machine to order a drink. Not one person knowledge me. I stood there for 10 minutes before I finally had to get someone's attention. After saying excuse me 4 times seems like they were just ignoring me. I asked if I can just get the cup to fill my own drink. One of ladies that was handing out food just pointed at the cups and said the cups are there? I wasn't aware that i can just walk up and get a cup? Anyway rude service it doesn't take that much to ask if you can help or if I been helped. 🤦♂️ 8/19/2025 1:20PM
