Manager lied right to my face when I asked about my order and items missing saying “they are all out of stock in the whole restaurant”. My wife drive thru 5 minutes later and she was able to get the items in her order yet I was just told by the manager himself “nope, none left in the building”. I even paid for it on my receipt yet never got it. Terrible management!! I’m shocked!!
Waited for cappuccino 15min and after they said that machine is broken. However in app was set that order ready 20min ago.
