Service was outstanding.
I’m baffled by how long it takes to get medium fries and sweet tea. This is the 2nd and last time I will go to this location. The first time, I paid for a milkshake to hear that I’ll have to come back tomorrow because the machine is broken. The 2nd time I went, was today where I waited 15 minutes and just left the drive thru line.
I just picked up food through the drive thru, it's amazing that a restaurant would cold food to a customer. The cheese burgers and the French fries were so cold from just sitting out.
I ordered from this location on Uber Eats and they forgot items in my order, not once but TWICE. In my initial order, my husband got his food and the only thing I ordered was a cheeseburger. Did not receive it. I then placed another order shortly after the first one arrived. This time for the cheeseburger world cup meal since I didn’t get my cheeseburger. Once received, they left out the cup that’s supposed to come with the WORLD CUP MEAL.
