Worst service I’ve ever got. Placed a mobile order and when I got there they told me to park in the front, and I kept asking about my order and they never gave it to me until I went to the drive thru line again and stayed there till I got my food. The order was 20 mcchickens and they took 55 minutes to make them. I’ll never go there again that service sucks

My son was so happy for the huntrix meal. Drive thru went by quick this afternoon compared to the McDonald's down the street line long and slow so we decided to go here and they got us in and out quick with a long line too food hot and fresh Great customer service

I placed my order online. When I arrived, the man in charge of taking orders just kept saying, "Just a couple of minutes"—this after nearly half an hour had passed since I placed my order. He just kept repeating the same thing: "One minute, one minute." I cancelled the order and peeked through the window—and lo and behold, the man was on his phone. 4:10 AM, Wednesday, 04/01/26.

So this is my local McDonald’s. And it usually sucks because they never get all my order right or they always forget something but today was different!!!! Andrew was helping us from the moment we got in the door. We don’t dine in often so I’m not used to using the touchscreen ordering menu. He was really patient with us.
