Ordered food for me and my family. The chicken sandwich I ordered was supposed to be a deluxe spicy but was taken incorrectly. I went around to get it fixed, and the lady had an attitude about it. She then took my sandwich back and said she would “fix it” she obviously just went from the drive thru to the make line and just added tomato’s and lettuce to the sandwich by herself. I use DoorDash often, if I order in the morning food is amazing. If I order after 5 the food is cold, not put together, and i always have some kind of issue. I’d say Order on the day shift
Doesn’t matter if you order pickup, DoorDash, drive through, whatever. They will unfailingly butcher your order, and give you attitude when you mention their mistakes. I’ve had a drive through cashier make disgusted faces at me when I tell them both of my drinks are missing. Cant read a label that says no ketchup or mustard, and certainly can’t cook a chicken patty without burning it to a crisp. A word of advice, either invest in some training for the high schoolers you hire or shut down.
