The McDonald's on Whitlock Ave has some of the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. A lot of the staff don’t even bother to speak to you — no greeting, no “thank you,” no “have a nice day” — just thrusting bags at you like you’re invisible. The sandwiches are slapped together carelessly, with zero attention to detail or pride in what they do, and it’s painfully obvious.
