I would like to report an unpleasant experience I had at your drive-thru today, October 17, 2025, at 9:14 AM. The lady working at the first drive-thru window (the one who prints the receipts) was very passive-aggressive with me. I simply asked her to confirm my order because the screen was showing an order that wasn’t mine. Her sarcastic response was, “You ordered, right? No sé si es que los manager no les pagan bien a los empleados que mal atienden más una niña rubia nos quedó mirándonos mal todo el tiempo y cuando le pedí salsas ni me contestó segundo no nos dio las sodas solo nos dio las papas que mal servicio si no quieren trabajar de noche no lo hagan y ya por qué uno no tiene la culpa de que los pongan a trabajar tercero deberías tratar de ser más amable con los clientes y entregar bien las órdenes para que no haya problemas
