Ordered a mocha frappe without cream, disappointing as total ice, their machine must not be working, tried to call, no answer. Was served by delightful older lady, said she was new.
For years I've been getting big breakfast sub bacon for sausage. I get 2 strips of bacon. Today i went thru the drivethru the price had gone up as they now have a big breakfast with bacon. Guess what!!! You still only get 2 skimpy pieces of bacon. If they are gonna charge more for the same thing that has been costing me a dollar less, give more bacon!!! I'm using this incident as my sign to stop going to McDonald's.
Been sitting in the lobby with 15 other people waiting for service for over 25 minutes…I don’t know what it is about this location but it has gone way down hill. Seems like there is no organization and the customer service is terrible.
