Finally ordered and asked for no sauce on Big Arch. Just said no. Ordered anyway and asked for sauce on side. Mumbled yes I think. Waiting, waiting and after no progress moving forward, we drove off to Culvers down the road. Much better option!

This might actually be the slowest McDonald’s in the world
Literally the worst McDonald's, they should be shut down. Their Service is RUDE and their food is trash every time. I sat in the drive through for over 5mins and no one took our order and then refused to take it at the window so we drove back around and still no service at the drive through. They deserve a Zero!
