Elderly female employee actually said ‘What does she want now?’ I asked a question about the volume of the McFlurry. One side was missing like it had been scooped out or not filled properly. She told the male employee ‘She has enough in there; she doesn’t need any more’ her words verbatim. If she is going to treat customers like that and speak to them in a demeaning manner, she will chase off business. Management should never allow such flagrant disregard of another person’s feelings ….there are plenty of other establishment... read more
