I placed a curbside mobile order at 8:51pm , I was already parked in the #2 spot and the app said that my order would be ready in a few minutes, I waited in that spot for 20 minutes and finally had to go inside to get my order. Unbelievably as soon as I walked in and spoke to someone they said the order JUST came through, which is a lie because the ticket on my bag(photos included) shows the ticket was printed at 8:52, not only did it take that long but the condition of my order when I arrived home which is only 1 1/2 miles ... read more
I am very disturbed when a manager doesn't come out to solve a problem that staff can't handle. The manager on duty Ms. K. You didn't think my situation was worth handling. Then the food is old the grease old and you want someone to patronize this store. Never again. I had to throw out the nuggets and fries. I won't return.
My food was cold and they didn't wanna fix it they said to bring the food back up there but who's paying for gas? Just to come up there and get it replaced it probably be cold again
Painfully slow service. Always 3-4 cars waiting for food in the lot.
