The manager on Sunday 530pm is the most unhelpful rude napoleon complex man I’ve ever seen in the service industry. My wife and son have been collecting the BTS happy meal toys so I’ve been going to McDonald’s trying to find the missing ones. I love McDonald's especially their fries but I am now hesitant on going back. I went there with my friend a few weeks ago and I ordered a burger it took a very long time to get our food maybe 20 minutes which is a lot since we didn't get much and its fast food then my burger was cold so I nicely asked them to reheat it I said please and thank you. It took maybe 5 minutes to get my burger back and it looked disgusting the cheese was completely fried and just very gross at first I thought they made me a fried chicken sandwich.... read more
Only ordered a large sprite but got a large tonic water instead. They should change the machine more.
