This McDonald's has pretty good service, as a frequent visitor. The employees are all pretty chill, and I always get my order very fast when I dine in. The quality control at this location is great (contrary to popular belief). Overall, nice McDonald's to stop at.
When this McDonald’s first opened they had a lot of problems getting the orders correct. I come here a lot so I know from experience that it has gotten a lot better. They still have issues with taking a long time if you order something special… like say you want a QP Deluxe without onions… for instances such as this I notice that a manager must intervene to get it made correctly. Otherwise decent place and hey it’s McDonald’s, it’s what it is and that’s what’s up.
So I had a service animal and no he didn't have his vest but I have the papers for him, and they kicked us out, tho the dog was just being next to me and not barking not disturbing anyone. I have worked here before and I know how they are, wish you guys would get your people together and fix this crap!! Why the hell you don't ask for my papers then say ohhh u have to go becuz we can't have dogs in here and when I say he's a service animal , you don't ask to see his papers, I just kick us out. So uncalled for!!
They always forget something and always make you wait in the parking stall. Waited 5 minutes for a happy meal and 1 cheese burger. Then waited another 5 minutes because the didn’t bring my drink. I had to go in to get it. Last week I ordered nuggets with bbq and sweet n sour sauce. Got home and no sauce nor ketsup and no straw for the soda. Cold food, poor quality. Go a little farther to the Crystal Falls location, they rarely mess it up and the food quality is fresh.
