That evil lightskin denied my ketchup on my burger
I would give no stars if I could. Why are you open 24/7 if your system goes down around 2am consistently—but there’s no warning on the app. So I place a mobile order but then I get there and they don’t have it. This has happened on numerous occasions and it’s ridiculous. First time it happened, they told me to refund through the app, which is just horribly incorrect as there’s no way to ask for a refund on the app. Now, apparently, I just have to wait for the money to appear on my card.
