Kid working at the drive thru asked if I would like my receipt for an online order I was picking up. I proceeded to kindly tell him no thank you as it was an online order. Pulled up to the second window to be told that the items I wanted wasn’t available (which is fine even though the app said I could place the order) and I was told that the worker working the first window stated that I sped past the first window and never even got my receipt. First visit to this location today if I could give them a zero instead of a one star I would. 20 minutes in line for an iced tea, two people in line. pulled up to window all the women were looking at me, dumbfounded that I asked why the iced tea wasn’t ready 20 plus minutes after ordering. people were beeping horns yelling very frustrating. I noticed the car in front of me was given their pops one at a time every 2 to 3 minutes they obviously made there ice cream incorrectly too since two or three were given. Was there for 35 mins and still got the wrong order.
Unless you go here for breakfast. Just got to Rocky River or 117th. The service here is always slow despite only running 1 car lane and getting your food is hit or miss.
Been here 3 times in the last 6 months and 2/3 times they have forgotten one or more items in my order
