They got my order right and they were fast. The red headed shift-leader/manager had the kitchen on lock. They handled my order of seven double cheeseburgers, five ranch cups, and one bbq with poise and confidence. Huzzah
NEVER ever will i go back to this mcdonalds. I got 3 things waited over 10 mins and I was the only customer they had. I got my food my fries was cold as hell then the GUY MANGER got an attitude with me cuz I asked to make me new ones .the lobby was so dirty people food was still left on the table the lobby floor was so sticky its was so disgusting ill NEVER WASTE MY MONEY HERE AGAIN .
This place rivals the Taco Bell for slowest drive thru in Lakewood. Tried to get lunch here today and sat in the drive thru without moving for 5+ minutes. One car at the second window, next car behind that sitting at the menu all this time. If they can't staff the place for a lunch rush imagine what the service is like the rest of the time. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere. Done paying $20 for garbage food that's not even fast anymore.
Poor service and even worse manager.
