I ordered two 10-piece Chicken Nuggets and one Vanilla Milkshake through DoorDash. They only gave me one order of nuggets and a completely different drink instead of the milkshake, without asking me or letting me know about any substitution. They also didn’t refund me for the missing items. This is terrible service and very disappointing. I will definitely be giving them a 1-star review

I just witnessed an employee or manager tell someone to leave with their service dog; she was very rude about it, and I didn't like that at all. She didn't even ask if it was an emotional support animal or a service dog—she just rudely said, "Get that dog out."

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. I entered with my service dog. Even though service dogs are allowed, I was told to leave because of my dog. The employee was extremely rude, and made me feel embarrassed in front of other customers. I felt discriminated against simply because I have a service dog. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management addresses the way customers with service animals are treated. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism.
