Let a lady bringing in an ice cream from a drive-through order going front of me. She proceeded to hold up her receipt and try to tell the manager she was charged for two ice creams and only wanted one. Manager proceeded to waive her off without listening. “Just keep it or I’ll throw it away then” . She wanted a refund on the extra cost . She didn’t receive a free ice cream.
