It's sad that the management company(Giamo Management) so proudly represents themselves while delivering such sub par results. I'd be a bit ashamed to carry a 3.3 rating on Google reviews, and even more shameful of what customers have to say in them. My second star is for the occasional kid that cares enough to try. Management seems to be lacking. Training seems to be lacking. It's reflected in the quality of interaction and the quality of the food. I live local and will drive across town to avoid this place. The employees at night do not care what so ever about making orders correctly. You order a chocolate shake, you get so much freaking chocolate sauce covering up the fact that they used mint as the base of the shake
