Someone needs 2 retrain theses ppl. I have a big family so when I go to McDonald's I order drinks...the kids TRY to give me my drinks Individually everytime...like a drink tray never occurred 2u????? and they don’t be trying to fill the drinks all the way up. Back in the 90s early 2000s when I used to work fast food that’s one thing we was trained on, but if they have two or more drinks, give them a tray I don’t know how these kids is being trained nowadays.
Don't go to this McDonald's drive thru if you want to be waited on. At the speaker they told me I needed to order at the first window because I had a coupon. I pulled to the first window and just sat there, I can see plenty of people in the restaurant but no one comes to the window so I decide to pull to the second window to see if anyone was there. Two people looked at me and kept walking into the kitchen area and I sat there for a few minutes. I ended up driving away! Not very good customer service!!
