Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Homeboy at the window shouldn’t be on the clock if he hates his job so much with that attitude. At this point just get robots to do the job or hire decent people who actually do the job they get paid for. Yikes
Ordered my food through the app. Waited in line for 25 min!!! All I ordered was a cheeseburger meal and a kids meal. Theee absolute worst. Nobody came to the window and updated me on the order.
Cold, dry Big Mac with lettuce that smells old, service came with an attitude problem and the parking lot and counter tops at the drive thru are dirty. This particular store has a lot issues with staff and running out of food. I suggest anyone going there, turn around.
