Picked up my family from the airport late at night and they were open. Thank goodness cuz my family was hungry. Especially my 4-year-old son service is quick. The line moved quick food was what's expected from McDonald's.
They allowed not service Dogs inside restaurant. Long hair 2 Dogs and keep barking and shaking. I had a allergy. Feel so bad. Feel like Dog's Cafe! I spoked to staffs, but noting changed. They have a outside tables empty. But never move. Also no sign about the Service dog only. All employees don't care about the Dog's inside restaurant. Also, I ask them call the floor manager. They make me wait really long time. I just give up. Honolulu Mc Donald's don't care about people's health issue??
