Horribly slow service with incorrect food. Wanted a plain double cheese burger, got the ticket on the burger correct, just for them to add mayo to it. Also they stop serving food at 11:30 yet don’t really close till.
They took forever to get my food out and that’s because I ordered through the app 15 minutes before getting there and I still had to wait about 25 minutes for my food.. then they gave me my large iced coffee in a cup with no monopoly game pieces and that’s one of the only reasons why I’ve been ordering from McDonald’s consistently. This is the last time I come to this location.
SLOWWWW! And rude. Waited 20 mins to order in the drive thru. When they came on the speaker, the worker was still looking to speak to the lady in front of us so she asked us to wait again after realizing she had pulled up. We saw the lady in front's order - only $12 worth for that wait. Then they were finally ready for us. 5 items + 1 drink. We paid and pulled up to the next window and the girl just shoved the bag at us without saying a word and immediately shut the door and walked away from it. Guess she was going to finish... read more
