I went through the drive through today. I got a Diet Coke with my order. The lid was halfway in and when I grabbed it, it spilled all over my car. I asked the girl for a stack of napkins and she gave me 4. I showed the girl that she gave me a broken lid and it wouldn’t go on the cup. She gave me a replacement drink and I asked her to take the spilled one as it was already all over my car.
