Not a lot of counter staff to serve customers with long waits to be served. There are 4 self serve ordering kiosks that tend to move things along but prefer having interactions with staff to order rather than ordering off the kiosks.

This McDonald’s is definitely a convenient location, but unfortunately it’s one of the most dreadful places to visit because of the lack of customer care and service. I’ve never encountered staff this consistently rude across multiple visits. Every time I come here, the customer service is unpleasant, unwelcoming, and frustrating to deal with.
