Took 1 hours 45 minutes to get food I literally had nothing else to do and was listening to an interesting podcast, so I didn't mind the waiting, but yeah, this McDonald's is terrible, slowest food ever (not the first time it took a long time, though definitely the longest).
This is the absolute worst McDonald’s in Hampton the wait times are forever and they never get your order right! Last time I was there I got a sausage biscuit. That was damn near raw.. Management always looking confused.. don’t recommend AT ALL!
The manager wanted to argue with me over what I know I ordered and kept saying it was not on the receipt. Instead of making it right she kept walking away. It was a drink and 2 hashbrowns it was stupid and we just left. Then to top it off I live 1 minute drive from there and our food was cold and sauce was already setting up like it had been sitting for awhile. I got my daughter some large fries she ate about half started throwing up had to rush her to the emergency room I will never ever go to McDonald’s again
