I go to the drive thru for a quick and easy purchase. The workers always tell me to park and they will bring out my food. The workers take forever and is the worst when I am in a rush. Not so much a “fast food” restaurant.
The daytime manager, I think her name is Prab, at this location is so rude. She doesn't know how to talk and can't speak English properly. She has no idea what customer service is.
Fries were cold and coffee was cold. Ordered a mint tea and got green tea instead. The person made a new tea and AGAIN put a green tea bag. When we said something again she just gave us a mint tea bag. No new cup and water 🫠
The manager was super helpful and friendly and made sure the kids dined and left with a big smile.
