Manager Lisa and the reps are wonderful. This location is clean, better than many other mcdonald's that I've visited.
I have been visiting this location several times over the year. Lisa, the manager has been great, the whole staff is nice as well. I'll recommend this Mcdonald's location to anyone.

Lisa is the rudest, most condescending manager ever. All the reviews of this mcdonalds are negative, and nobody wants to fire the person in charge! She insults people and acts sarcastic. Corporate will be notified, call them if she was rude to you too!
This has to be one of the worst McDonald's in the GTA. 1. Service is abysmal, the manager or supervisor herself has no sense of customer service. Second time now she's been rude. First time they couldn't find my mobile order and even after showing her that I paid and ordered she refused to make it until they realized someone on their end had dismissed it. 2.
