I never had any issues here before until now, got my order wrong even if it was 2 decafe coffee prepared and nothing. Wasn't prepared bad service today
VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered 2 egg mcmuffins through the drive through and when i got to the window to pay the employee repeated my order in spanish “ son los egg McMuffins con una soda” and i replied “yes”. After she gave me my receipt i saw she charged me the wrong order and i told the employee at the next window that i was charged wrong and then the employee went sprinting to the window and said very hostile to me “ yo te repite la orden y tu me dijistes que estq bien” and i told her yes i said it... read more
