It is very inconvenience that i had to wait an hour to do my pickup order and then get home and realize a drink is missing. I hope they look into improving their work ethic and train staff properly on handling when drive thru gets busy since its been an ongoing issue. There is always issues with the orders but today was crazier by waiting that long.
