This place has the absolute worst service in any place I’ve ever stepped foot into they get orders wrong all the time and charge people for things they don’t order/don’t get
Updated 11/21/25; A bit of a dinnertime disappointment. The large fries were half filled an lukewarm. There was no one else in line as well. Hopefully, they improve. This is a quaint and newly renovated McDonald's that blends in perfectly with the natural surroundings of Medford. The fries are hot, the service was fast and very friendly. Thank you!
