Was there earlier with 2 cars in the drive-thru line ahead of me (1 in each lane). Got to the speaker and then waited 5 min for someone to even say hello, despite my asking “is anyone was there?”. Another came through the other drive-thru as I was waiting and was immediately greeted and placed an order. When I asked what was happening, the worker snapped rudely that she “was busy”, and then spoke so low, I couldn’t hear her. She didn’t take the full order and never asked for drinks. This place is Terrible . My girlfriend and i try to avoid going to this location. The service is absolutely wild . One time they pulled me up to wait , and when the lady walked to my car i asked for BBQ and the worker told me to “ get it myself. “ I DO NOT recommend this Mcdonald’s whatsoever !!
Now I know mistakes .. but tell me this was a mistake? Don't think so. But I know this complaint will go unnoticed like any other. Get your staff together. And your management. Buckets in the lobby for leaking water. Filthy tables. And food clearly made like this on purpose.
I go to this one because of the location to my house. They are almost always forgetting something on my order. Check your food order.
The lunch rush came on fast and the staff just took it in stride, knocking out every order with no drama or mix-ups. The Quarter Pounder I ordered was exactly what I was hoping for - juicy beef with a nice sear on it, cheese melted down into every bite, a soft warm bun holding the whole thing together. Just a really good burger. The folks working here clearly take this seriously and it shows in everything, from the food to how they handle a busy room. Every time. Always a good stop.
