Has the drive thru waiting over an hour to order food
The food is good enough for the price. Service could be a bit friendlier.
Do not eat here I tried to get a drink a roach came out . Another thing , A young African American took my order on counter and Brenda ( I only know her name because someone called her name mins before ) yelled at the young lady with red hair and told her to take an order out between her helping me . Poor young lady she look frustrated and scared to say anything and stop between her helping me to do what the manger said to do on June 28 . Brought my food out , everything was cold as well
I’m not one to put folks on blast and I try to handle everything at the lowest level, but this… well, this is one of those moments in life where it would do no good to bother with first line supervisors or even trying to return cold food because you don’t want anything further to deal with. Came in around 6:15 on a Tuesday evening and was the ONLY customer in the place save for the one car that pulled in to the drive through as I arrived.
