Disappointing experience this morning. I ordered an Egg McMuffin well-done with no meat, but received one with meat instead. Since I was running late for work, I couldn't drive back to the store to get it corrected. I’ve been trying to call the location to let them know, but nobody is answering the phone. Mistakes happen, but at the very least, staff should answer the phone and address customer issues. Really poor service and communication.
Yall refused to make my mobile order. Were super rude about it. Was able to go to Wendy’s and get better food anyways
Wait time for drive through was too long, corporate would be pissed at the timeline. Quality was poor too. I could not eat the double cheeseburger.
I bought a Mocha hot coffee through drive through on my way to HackberryElementary. The cup was damaged and pured down my dress. Luckly it was not hot enough to cause a burn. Very disappointed.
