Their screen doesn't work. Completely blacked out. Can't see if order is correct. When I let them know they said its been broke for two years. Failure in management level. If management and corporate is taking shortcuts with screens its concerning they may he taking health and safety shortcuts inside. McDonalds makes enough to fix screens so people don't have to go off of memory
The lobby said open but it was closed
To many young teens who work here and mess up your order. Their level of care is shown by their attitudes
Nobody at the counter for 10 minutes, was forced to use the screen to place our order. Took almost 20 minutes for our food that we had had already paid for. Had to go to the counter to grab the food instead of them bringing it out. Then the order was completely wrong. Worst experience ever.
