Steak biscuit was tough and gross and the hash brown had mold on it. I know because i unsuspectedly took a bite and a part of it tasted like moldy food. Just gross.
I love McDonald's burgers for real.they are so good when fresh and especially if the cook remembers to use the seasoning...I dunno there's something about McDonald's that reminds me of the he twilight zone...great food, service is hit miss, my favorite is mcdouble or McChicken cooked fresh...
Sat in the drive thru this morning for 30 mins. When we did get to the speaker, she said please wait for 10 mins. We ordered when she was ready and they said they weren't serving lunch. We asked what time lunch started because it was 11:03. Lunch starts at 10:30 right? She never answered us and wouldn't get back on the intercom. We left. They turned everyone in line away pretty much. Worst McDonald's in Phenix City, we've had issues with thus location multiple times. This will be our past visit to this location
I wish I could give negative stars !!! Hands down the worst all the way around! We waited 15mins to order with NO ONE in front of us. Order 2 biscuits. 1 bacon add cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese Mc muffin. Get to window to pay and they took payment SUPER FAST $8 ?!?!?! Then wait 10 more mins they ask... what you order? We tell them. Open bag BAM bacon cheese biscuit and HAM egg and cheese biscuit. After already waiting 30mins we just left. Will NEVER go again!
I took my wife and my grandchild to this location for lunch on Saturday what are the quarter pounder with cheese combo my wife ordered a 10-piece chicken nugget that was dry both the ice machines did notI told the lady at the counter that it wasn't working and she said that they would fill it up when things slow down I told her that when things slowed down they wouldn't need any ice. and when I ordered it at the kiosk I couldn't pay for my food there I had to go to the counter it's hard to get good help at these places
