Multiple times I've driven up to the drive thru and no signs of life, no greeting, nothing. Waited for several minutes this time. Lame!
Marking Doordash orders ready as soon as they get them. Then spend another 20min making it.
Absolutely disgusting & completely unacceptable. I ordered the #9 meal and discovered that one of the burgers had a dirty, gritty substance on it that appeared as though it had been dropped on the floor and still packaged for service. At first, I thought the bun was slightly burned, but when I tried to wipe it off, the residue transferred to my finger like dust or greasy floor debris. My order was completely wrong! Went through drive through. Ordered online. Didn't give me part of my order and the part they did give me was incorrect! Called twice and no one answered. I was furious when I got home and they didn't even give me a receipt.
