Manager needs to learn to take better care of her customers not sit there cussing them out when theyre trying to get someone's attention for a simple question. We saw you were busy, we would have waited a lot longer, all you had to do was acknowledge you had someone coming to the counter eventually. Not start using the F word constantly for the next 15 minutes. Yes we heard you still cussing while we were in the resturant eatting.
I would give no stars.
Went in drive through this morning. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with small ice coffee. Get to pick up window and of course had to pull over to wait on my order. So did everyone ahead of me. The spots were full of people waiting for their orders. Waited almost 10 minutes for them to bring out my very simple order. So much for fast food.
