The lady taking our order today was very rude. She cut us off many times while we we're ordering. When we went through she was playing on her phone and was not acknowledging us for payment. She did not have a name tag visible. Very disappointed.
Waited for 20 minutes for a hamburger...they saw but have came ..they worried about the drive thru and door dash ...and it was below 30 degrees in there...
My order wasnt correct.. the A/C was way too cold to even eat inside and we were standing there for over 20 mins before anyone would come to counter to wait on us. All 3 ppl that working the front turned and looked at us but none would come over and wait on us… absolutely ridiculous!!!
