Went in for breakfast this morning. Every table was dirty, the floor was dirty, the counter was nasty. Water in the men's bathroom wasn't working so my husband couldn't wash his hands. The outside eating area had food and cigarette butts all over the ground. The parking lot was also dirty. To give a 1 is too high!!!
