I placed the order at 7:37pm, arrived and checked in spot 5 by 7:55pm. Had not received my food by 8:20 so I went in. 10 minutes after I went in and I had not received any service yet, my wife in our car called and no answer. I kept waiting patiently, multiple workers have walked through this lobby to fill drinks, take out other curbside orders (with multiple people waiting)multiple times and did not check on anyone. I was inside the store around 8pm tonight, and there were employees yelling the n word VERY loudly, SUPER unprofessional
ordered dirty dr pepper no ice due to cold sensitivity and i do not like the ice melting and ruining the flavor of the soda.. the "manager" who had took my order began to aguenwithnme that their recipe required it. and proceded to make it with ice in it... normally i love mcdonalds but will never stop at this one again.
