Counter service is practically non-existent. If you want a refill on your drink you can wait up to 10 minutes while employees just walk past you and ignore the fact that you're standing there. Waiting to get a refill. If you happen to ask one of them for the refill, you're usually told they don't work that counter
Ordered breakfast at drive thru. The hash brown was so hard I couldn't break it apart must less bite into it. The egg mcmuffin was burnt. Poor food service. Do better.
DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! Placed an online order (25$) just to pull up and they told me my order was cancelled (didn’t say cancelled in the app) so we just went ahead and ordered again (27$) at the window and asked to be refunded for the app order. They said they aren’t able to refund app orders but they were going to refund the 27 dollar order instead. Come to find out they didn’t do either and I paid 52 dollars for cold gross food

Has a sign that says no high-school kids can loiter.. it definitely was not enforced. Multiple kids were taking up whole tables by laying on the booth benches & a milkshake got knocked over by high-schoolers playing wall ball inside.(was not cleaned up by employees until like 40 minutes later)
