Play area available for the kids, friendly crew. Lots of room and tables. Food was hot and fresh .
Food is good, service is nice and fast, my biggest complaint is how dirty the kids play spot is. As someone who has managed fast food, if I had a play area I would make it one person's job to keep the kids area cleaned. Inside/outside the play equipment, make sure the floors are clean,bathroom clean and stocked. Every time I come in here it's filthy. I bring my own wipes for our table and chairs. This is the only McDonald’s in Kokomo I only go too they never mess up my orders and always have a quick drive through! Today on the way home we stopped here to get my puppy a water cup because of the heat advisory and the drive through guy offered us a pup cup and I said no thank you and when we pulled up I told him I appreciate his offer but our puppy’s tummy can’t handle ice cream and he asked if he can give her chicken nuggets instead!! Such a kind atmosphere and service I love this McDonalds great drive through guy!!
