Didn't give full order had to go in and saw 6 kids sta ding around with my order of burnt burgers cold
We ordered a family meal, when they said "Go to the third window" we did but they forgot about us. It took them 1 hour to give it to us and it was cold.
Waited 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Bought 6 breakfast meals. Did not receive any hash browns and there was a hair in one of the sandwiches. Will definitely not return.
Let me start by saying Freddy is fantastic. I ordered on the app and when I got through the speaker and past the first window, I was asked to pull forward . I told the young lady I ordered ahead of time and shouldn't have to pull forward. She said we're making your order fresh. Understood. I pulled forward to wait. The same girl brought my order and I asked if I could speak to a manager. She was very polite, I have to admit she probably thought I was mad.
