Jayden was sooooo accommodating and very professional. He is an asset to your team for sure! This McDonald’s has needed a little bit of help recently, and I think you have a really great employee on your hands and he deserves to be recognized for his hard work dedication and customer service oriented detail as my order was all sauces on side but he made sure it happened. Food was great cashier was not on her game.
Honestly an extremely frustrating experience, i stand at the counter for 5 minutes just to be ignored by several employees making eye contact with me, just for them to tell me they are out of ice cream at 7pm. Like seriously? Manager said two employees walked out and it makes me seriously wonder how cruel management must be to these people, ive worked awful jobs and ive never had two coworkers walk out in one night. Multiple people waiting and the store had food all over the floor.
All the tables are constantly dirty, nobody cleans at all. The service is slow. Ordered a Big Mac meal and two other things and I’ve been waiting 30min. Everyone that works afternoon shift should be fired and let go without leave. Absolutely pathetic.
