If I could give this location a zero star I would, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. We got to this location yesterday at 6pm & put in our dine in order in the kiosk then sat down. After 10 minutes we went to the counter to see if our order was ready. We were given someone else's order with our correct drinks & our correct receipt. We brought the wrong food back to the counter & informed the male worker of the mistake. He took it, apologized & said he would bring us our correct order to our table. We waited ano... read more
Lady taking orders in drive thru this morning was probably one of the most pleasant and upbeat as anyone ever.
Just drove through and ordered vanilla milkshake and an MM McFlurry. They gave me a chocolate shake let them know the error and they fixed it. I then had to drive back through because they didn’t give me a spoon for the McFlurry. The gentleman didn’t even speak to me just stared me down. It seems the mortal and the service at this location is vey low.
I have a neurodivergent child OBSESSED with McDonald’s, so we are here frequently. The staff at this location is my favorite of the area. They’re all so nice. It’s McDonald’s and of course may not be perfect, but they’ll do their best to try and make it a great experience. Thanks guys!
