Just had an extremely poor interaction with the manager here approx 10:41am 7/20/25. I purchased breakfast from drive thru and ate my food in the car. After eating my meal, went inside to refill my drink (as one would do while dining in, but also as I've done numerous times at this store and dozens of others). I just left this location .. 7/17/25 10:50am .. I ordered multiple things they forgot some things out my bag. I sent my little sister inside one of the young ladies was so rude to her she came back outside crying I had to go in & they tried arguing me down about what they missed in my bag very rude very unpleasant.. then said “check the camera she’s lying” so I agreed to let them check it because I know for sure my sandwich’s were not in my bag .. Wish I could add a photo but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit EXTRA BACON. I received a bacon biscuit doesn’t even have the extra bacon on it. This is now the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s and first time I ordered a hotcakes meals and didn’t even get my hotcakes!
